At the Seminole County Elections Office, we hold deep respect and gratitude for the brave men and women who have served in our nation's armed forces. Their unwavering dedication and sacrifices have ensured the freedoms we cherish today, including the right to vote.

In recognition of their service, we are proud to introduce "Vote For Valor," a program designed to honor our veterans by encouraging active participation in the democratic process. With approximately 30,000 veterans residing in Seminole County, this initiative aims to highlight the importance of civic engagement. A Vote In Honor, paying tribute through your ballot for those who have dedicated themselves to protecting our liberties.

How to Participate:

• Vote in Honor of a Veteran: Cast your vote in elections in honor of a veteran you know, acknowledging their past and current commitments to safeguarding our democracy.
• Visit Our Office Lobby: Stop by our office lobby to view our "Vote For Valor" recognition wall, where we proudly display the names and stories of local veterans who have been honored through this initiative.
• Submit a Veteran Biography Form: Want to include a veteran, perhaps yourself, on our wall of recognition? Fill out our Veteran Biography Form below to share their story and honor their service.
