SEMINOLE COUNTY MAIL BALLOT REQUEST

Home is your polling place when you vote-by-mail. While lines in Seminole County's polling places are historically the shortest in the region, many voters would rather avoid even the possibility of lines by voting from home. There's no line to vote at home.

Any registered voter may request a free mail ballot. To make your request now - use the form below. You may also choose to make the request by phone at 407.585.8683.

MAIL BALLOT REQUEST FORM

If you need your mail ballot sent to an address that is not currently on your voter record - you must mail, fax, or email us the request with an original signature. To do so use our bilingual mail ballot request form below.

FORGOT TO SIGN THE ENVELOPE OR HAS YOUR SIGNATURE CHANGED?

If our office sent you a letter stating a ballot cast on your behalf was either missing the signature on the outside envelope or if we found the signature couldn't be verified to be the same as we have on file - please complete the Vote-By-Mail Cure Affidavit below which will allow your ballot to be counted.

You can mail or hand-deliver the information to us at 1500 East Airport Blvd., Sanford, FL 32773. You can fax it to us at 407.708.7705 or email us the information directly at [email protected]. The deadline for us to receive all the information from you is 5 p.m. on the second day after the election.
