99% Approval Rating for VoteSeminole

If we measure it, we can improve it. The #VoteSeminole comment card is more than just a feedback tool -- it's an agent for improvement. Beyond a greater than 99 percent positive rating for our ELITE services team, this year also saw great improvements in the number of tracked criteria.
