The Florida Voter Registration Application must be used for all new voter registrations. This application may also be used to change your name, party affiliation, or voter registration address if you are already registered in the state of Florida.
If you are using the Google Chrome browser, please be aware that the form may not print properly. We recommend that you download the form to your computer and open it using the Adobe Reader program rather than using Chrome's built-in PDF viewer.
NOTE: Downloading a voter application may take up to 3 minutes and 30 seconds on a 28.8kb connection or 1 minute 48 seconds on a 56kb connection.
To use the above application, you must print, sign and mail it to our office (P.O. Box 1479, Sanford, FL 32772) or deliver it in person (1500 E. Airport Blvd., Sanford, FL 32773).
If you would like an application mailed to you, please email your name and mailing address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also pick up an application at any of the following locations:
- Offices Providing Public Assistance such as WIC
- Offices Serving Persons with Disabilites
- Centers for Independent Living
- Public Libraries
- Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Driver License Offices
- Unites States Armed Forces Recruiting Offices
- Any Supervisor of Elections Office
If you are already registered to vote in Florida but have moved to Seminole County, you may use the on-line address change form. IMPORTANT: If you do not update your address prior to Election Day, and you have moved from another county in Florida, you will be required to vote a provisional ballot at the polls.
